Different worlds, same drive
The organisations we work with have one thing in common: ambition.

The organisations we work with have one thing in common: ambition.

VidaXL operates as a fast-growing international online retailer in a dynamic and constantly changing market. This growth requires an agile organisation and managers who can provide direction through change. Many employees have progressed from operational roles into leadership positions, creating a need to support them in making that transition. The ambition is to build an organisation where managers lead according to vidaXL’s own leadership triangle: Me, Team and Mission. Not through hierarchy, but by helping people grow, encouraging ownership and enabling teams to perform independently. This allows leadership to evolve with the pace of the business while staying true to vidaXL’s entrepreneurial DNA.

To support this ambition, we train vidaXL managers through an international leadership programme. Within the programme, we translate the leadership triangle into concrete behaviours and collaboration in everyday practice.
Built around the three pillars of Me, Team and Mission, managers work on personal leadership, building strong teams and connecting everyday decisions to the organisation’s broader goals.
By bringing together managers from different countries, functions and business units, we create a shared approach to leadership that strengthens collaboration. This develops not only individual managers, but also a strong leadership layer that supports the organisation’s continued growth.
