Personal leadership as a catalyst for broader success
Kearney is a global strategy consulting firm that helps organisations navigate complex strategic challenges and create sustainable value. In this environment, the development of consultants and managers requires more than professional expertise. It also calls for strong personal leadership. As professionals progress within the organisation, their roles become increasingly complex, requiring them to continuously navigate the expectations of partners, colleagues and clients. The ambition is to build an organisation where leaders at every level are confident in their role and continue to collaborate effectively under pressure. This creates a culture where personal leadership, strong connections and continuous development contribute to sustainable performance for both people and clients.
Approach
To support this ambition, we develop the leadership of principals and managers across Kearney Benelux. Personal leadership is the starting point for strengthening how they lead themselves, their teams and their relationships with colleagues and clients.
Each year, new cohorts take part in a leadership programme that combines individual coaching sessions with group sessions. This creates space for personal development while strengthening leadership and collaboration across the group.
In addition, we bring participants from different cohorts together during annual two-day sessions. These sessions strengthen the internal network, deepen key leadership themes and encourage learning and collaboration across cohorts.
