Brainport Future Leaders programme

For five months you work on your development as a leader. Individually and with a select, diverse group from the Brainport region. Outside your day-to-day context you meet leaders and speakers from the region and discover new perspectives from behavioural science, business and elite sport.

In individual sessions, you work with a behavioural coach on your leadership, your strengths and your behaviour under pressure. During group days, your peers challenge you in groups of varying sizes, using action-oriented formats.

At unique locations within Brainport, you broaden your view of leadership and the region, alongside other leaders from established to growing organisations, and from technical companies to professional services. You translate your insights into practice and work on current [L5.1]challenges in your own working environment.

Modules

  1. Accelerate your personal growth

Gain insight into your own style, qualities, drivers and behaviour in individual sessions. You explore what makes you strong as a leader and where your patterns and pitfalls show under pressure.

  2. Build a inclusive high-performing team

Using leading models and insights on team development, you explore what makes teams strong and learn to apply it directly in your own team. From trust and having the real conversation to taking responsibility and achieving results together.

  3. Grow as an authentic and adaptive leader

Learn to switch gears in complex and dynamic environments. Leadership calls for adaptability. You learn to consciously match your style to what a situation, team or individual needs and keep developing as a leader.

  4. Lead change in digital transformation and AI

Leadership in a world that keeps changing. AI is changing how organisations work, how teams collaborate and how decisions are made. You discover what this asks of leadership and how to give direction in change and uncertainty.

  5. Make an impact on a current Brainport challenge

Put leadership into practice. A current challenge is the starting point. You bring different perspectives together, make choices and experience what leadership asks of you when interests, uncertainty and complexity meet.

  6. Grow your network in the Brainport ecosystem

Increase your impact and network within the Brainport ecosystem. Because leadership doesn't stop at your team or organisation. You learn to handle different interests and perspectives and to move effectively within the regional network.
